What areas do you cover?
Alert Mechanical delivers projects across Ireland, the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands, with a core focus on Irish construction programmes.
Do you work directly with main contractors, or only as a sub-contractor?
Both. We take on mechanical packages directly as a main contractor in our own right, and we also partner with leading main contractors on larger programmes.
What is the difference between your prefabrication model and a standard boiler house install?
A standard install is built entirely on site, exposed to site sequencing, access and weather. Our prefabricated model builds and tests the boiler house, plant room or skid off site first, so installation on site is largely a connection and commissioning exercise, significantly reducing site time and programme risk.
Can you work on live, occupied buildings?
Yes. We regularly deliver heating, ductwork and mechanical upgrade works to schools and commercial buildings that remain in operation throughout the works, planning installation around occupancy and access constraints.
Do you work in confidential or restricted environments, like data centres?
Yes. A significant part of our project history is in data centre and pharmaceutical environments, where access and imagery are often restricted. We are happy to discuss scope and provide references directly rather than through public case studies.
Can you provide documentation for tender submissions?
Yes. Capability statements, technical documentation, accreditation certificates and project references are available on request for eTenders and similar submissions.
