Scope Of Works

Boiler House Works Overview

The scope of works included the replacement of an end-of-life cast iron boiler with four new modern 100KW fully modulating gas boilers. A new heating piping header was installed and connected to the existing heating circuits to ensure efficient heat distribution throughout the building. This installation also included the integration of a new heat exchanger, pressurization unit, and dosing unit, all designed to optimize system performance and simplify maintenance. The installation was flushed to ensure no contamination carried through into the existing heating circuits. We also assisted by providing attendance to ensure that commissioning and setting to operation of the new installation ran smoothly.
