The 120 bed National Rehabilitation Hospital is located at Rochestown Avenue in Dún Laoghaire. The hospital provides complex specialist rehabilitation services at a national, regional and community service at both inpatient and outpatient level for patients who have acquired a physical or cognitive disability as a result of an accident, illness or injury and require complex specialist medical rehabilitation services.

Scope Of Works :

In these projects, we successfully installed the following:

• Water Services: installation of complete water supply systems including CWS,HWS,HWSR & MWS.
• Seismic Bracketry for FCUs: Installation of complex support bracketry for fan coil units (FCUs) to meet with seismic design criteria.
• Drainage Systems: Installation of all drainage & wastewater piping systems.
• Sanitary Ware: Complete installation of sanitary ware to meet welfare standards.

As part of our water services, we implemented the Kemper Valve system to regulate temperature in hot water installations. This innovative solution not only enhances system performance but also helps reduce bacteria growth, ensuring safer and more efficient water management.
